The method includes the steps of a, leveling a to-be-process slope; b, laying lower-layer fertilizer-containing porous concrete; c, spraying a lower-layer water quality purifying layer on the surface of the lower-layer fertilizer-containing porous concrete; d, laying upper-layer reinforcing porous concrete; e, spraying an upper-layer water quality purifying layer on the surface of the upper-layer reinforcing porous concrete; f, filling plant-growing materials in the gaps of the upper-layer reinforcing porous concrete; g, naturally curing. The ecological slope protecting method has the advantages that double-layer structure synergy is used, the sustainable fertilizer efficiency of the ecological concrete can be increased, the water quality purifying capability of the ecological concrete can be enhanced, and slope stability and water flow impact resistance can be increased fast.
