The invention discloses hot-welded geotechnical cloth. Belt-shaped polyethylene is arranged on one edge of a main cloth layer; and belt-shaped polyvinyl alcohol adhesive on the other opposite edge of the main cloth layer. In the construction site, the belt-shaped polyethylene and the belt-shaped polyvinyl alcohol adhesive of two pieces of geotechnical cloth are overlapped, and are thermally welded by a special tool to quickly and stably connect the two pieces of geotechnical cloth, so that the working efficiency in the construction site is improved; and the hot-welded geotechnical cloth is specifically suitable for a critical moment of flood fighting.
