Carbon fiber prestress concrete and construction method thereof
The invention relates to carbon fiber prestress concrete and a construction method thereof. The carbon fiber prestress concrete comprises carbon fiber prestress ribs, a single-component epoxy adhesive, concrete and an anchor, wherein the single-component epoxy adhesive is positioned on the surfaces of the carbon fiber prestress ribs which are distributed in the concrete structure, are bonded with the concrete integrally via the single-component epoxy adhesive, and apply prestress to concrete via the anchor. Compared with the prior art, the carbon fiber prestress concrete has the advantages that a corrugated pipe is not required to be arranged, the cross section area of a prestress concrete component is increased; the single-component epoxy adhesive acts as a bonding material, so that the bonding performance of the prestress material and concrete is improved obviously, and the stress performance of the prestress concrete component is improved; the harm to the durability of the prestress concrete component by the erosion of the prestress reinforced ribs is solved; grouting is not required, and the construction technology is simplified; curing is carried out by heating via electrification, the construction is convenient, the efficiency is high, and the quality stability is good.
