The invention discloses novel cement grinding aid diethanolisopropanolamine salt. The cement grinding acid is prepared according to mass percentage of waste acid to diethanolisopropanolamine of (4.5-0.5) to (1-1.5). The production method of the cement grinding aid comprises the following steps: adding waste acid to a reactor, stirring, then gradually adding diethanolisopropanolamine, after adding, reacting for 0.5h, and decompressing and dehydrating so as to obtain a solid product. The novel cement grinding aid disclosed by the invention has the advantages that firstly, since the diethanolisopropanolamine salt cement grinding acid is prepared from an industrial waste acid solution, product cost is greatly reduced, the grinding assistance and intensity performances of the product are enhanced and economic benefits of enterprises are promoted; secondly, the full utilization of the industrial waste acid solution is achieved, so that a problem on the emission of industrial waste liquid is solved, expense in pollution handling is saved, environmental pollution is avoided, the utilization of hazardous waste is realized, energy is saved and emission is reduced, and low-carbon environmental protection is achieved; and thirdly, the product, as a solid, is convenient in transporting, and therefore transportation cost is reduced.
