Cationic asphalt emulsifier prepared from cyclohexanone waste water
Cationic asphalt emulsifier lignin-amine is prepared from waste water as a solvent and lignin, triethylene tetramine and formaldehyde as raw materials by Mannich reaction. The best preparation condition for the preparation of the lignin lignin-amine is as follows: the reaction temperature is 85 DEG C, the reaction time is 5h, and the ratio of (formaldehyde): n (triethylene tetramine) = 3.0. By FTIR characterization, the structures of lignin-amine prepared by use of the waste water as the solvent and deionized water as the solvent are same, the wastewater is comprehensively utilized. The performance index of the emulsified asphalt prepared by use of the prepared lignin-amine as an emulsifier can reach index of the JTG E20-20 of the highway engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture test procedures.
