Method for reducing sinkage of ship entering ship reception chamber of ship lift
Provided is a method for reducing the sinkage of a ship entering a ship reception chamber of a ship lift. Equal-inertia communication pipes are uniformly and symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the ship reception chamber in the longitudinal direction and used for connecting water bodies at the two ends of the ship reception chamber, and a reversible pump is arranged between the pipes. When the ship exits from the ship reception chamber, the water level at the stern descends, and a control system starts the reversible pump to supplement water to the water area at the stern according to a water level descent value provided by a water level gauge in the ship reception chamber; when the ship enters the ship reception chamber, the water level at the prow rises, and the control system starts the reversible pump to drain water according to a water level rising value provided by the water level gauge; in the water supplement or drainage process, the control system adjusts a frequency converter to control the flow of the reversible pump all the time according to the variation of the water level, and it is guaranteed that the water level of the ship reception chamber tends to be a normal water level all the time. In this way, the sinkage of the ship is greatly reduced, it is guaranteed that the ship enters or exits from the ship reception chamber safely, the adverse effects of long wave fluctuation, eccentric loading and the like can be easily eliminated, and the operating efficiency of the ship lift can be improved.
