Method for assembling ship reception chamber of ship lift
The invention discloses a method for assembling a ship reception chamber of a ship lift, belonging to the technical field of ship lift equipment. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, arranging a temporary hoisting device for installation of the ship reception chamber at a downstream lock head position, arranging a ship reception chamber translation track at the bottom of the equipment, and installing an assembling and manufacturing device and a transporter; 2, conveying a chamber head part to the assembling and manufacturing device; 3, sequentially placing and assembling all the components in place via a bridge crane until the assembling of a chamber head is completed; 4, after assembling is completed, conducting welding, and performing repairing and correction after welding; 5, moving the assembled ship reception chamber to a next station in a stepping mode through the track; 6, repeating the steps S2-S5 till all the downstream chamber head components are assembled; and 7, transferring the assembled ship reception chamber to an installation position in a stepping mode via the track. The method for assembling the ship reception chamber of the ship lift can effectively control the form and location tolerance and size unification of the ship reception chamber of the ship lift, especially segmented dislocation control over unit components, greatly improves product quality and improve production efficiency.
