The invention provides a self-adaptive ship lift ship reception chamber anti-collision device. The device is composed of an anti-collision beam and rotating supporting structures at the two ends. According to the distribution rule that structural stress caused by ship impact is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends, the variable cross-section type with the middle being thick and the two ends being thin is adopted in an anti-collision beam body structure, and therefore the stress level of the middle impact portion is reduced; and the rotating supporting structures are arranged at the two ends of the anti-collision beam, the anti-collision beam can automatically adapt to the slope inclination angle of a ship when impacted by the ship, the face contact impact effect between a prowand the anti-collision beam is achieved, the stress of the ship and the impact portion of the anti-collision beam is reduced, and the problem that the point contact stress seriously exceeds the standard is solved.
