The invention provides a lifting speed reducer of an electric excavator. The problem that a lifting speed reducer simple in structure and easy to machine can not be placed due to the limitation of space of the installation position of a work platform of the electric excavator is solved. The herringbone gear can axially slide along the spline shaft in the direction opposite to that of axial force generated when the herringbone gear is meshed with the spline shaft all the time. The upper herringbone gear shaft and the lower herringbone gear shaft are loaded in a balanced mode. By the adoption of the lifting speed reducer, a double-output device is loaded in a balanced mode, the service life of parts is prolonged, repair cost is reduced, the parts can be machined by a common machine tool, and machining cost is reduced.
