Intelligent prestress tension method of reinforced concrete member
The invention discloses an intelligent prestress tension method of a reinforced concrete member. A prestress tension device is arranged on anchor positions on the two sides of the reinforced concrete member needing tensioning and comprises multiple jacks matched with the anchor positions in a one-to-one mode, axial travel sensors, a main control pump station and an auxiliary control pump station, wherein the main control pump station and the auxiliary control pump station are connected with the axial travel sensors and the jacks on the two sides respectively; the main control pump station outputs control signals to the auxiliary control pump station in a wired or wireless mode and drives the jacks on the two sides to conduct reciprocating movement at the same time so as to carry out prestress tensioning on the two ends of a precast concrete box girder hollow board. The method has the advantages that the prestress tension system is reliable in performance and convenient to install and operate, the tension source record is real, and the construction duration is shortened; the method is suitable for synchronous and symmetrical double-control tension of the two ends of the multiple anchor positions of various shapes and technical requirements, the tool is simple and direct, the process is concise, operation is easy, safety is high, the work efficiency is high, and the construction cost is low.
