The invention provides an intelligent prestress tensioning synchronous control system and method. The intelligent prestress tensioning synchronous control system comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a hydraulic pump station, a servo valve, a servo motor and n tensioning pieces, in the n tensioning pieces, two tensioning pieces of adjacent digits form same-bundle connection, the tensioning pieces of odd digits form different-bundle connection, and the tensioning pieces of even digits form the other different-bundle connection; in each different-beam connection, a servo valve is connected in a hydraulic pipeline between each tensioning piece and a hydraulic pump station, each tensioning piece is provided with a pressure sensor and a displacement sensor, and the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor of each tensioning piece in different beams are electrically connected with the same PLC. And one servo motor for controlling the output flow of the hydraulic pump station is arranged in each different-beam connection. According to the invention, the force value and elongation between the same beam and different beams can be accurately controlled.
