The invention discloses a PC track beam for preventing ice and snow from depositing and a manufacturing method thereof. The track beam comprises a beam body, a heating module arranged on a walking top surface of the beam body, and ice and snow prevention coating layers arranged on a guide side surface and a stable side surface of the beam body, wherein the heating module comprises an embedded connecting plate embedded into the beam body, a steel cover plate covering the embedded connecting plate and capable of being disassembled, a heating strip component arranged between the steel cover plate and the embedded connecting piece and used for providing heat to the steel cover plate, and a connecting component for connecting the steel cover plate and the embedded connecting plate with the beam body; and the ice and snow prevention coating layers are formed by modified silane impregnant or high-pressure tire wear resistant ice and snow prevention paint. The PC track beam has good ice and snow melting effect, is convenient to be installed and maintained, guarantees normal operation under the weather of ice and snow, and has obvious social and economic benefits.
