The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering building materials and especially relates to a phosphogypsum base material imitation aluminum alloy and a preparation method thereof. By means of proper matching and mixing of phosphogypsum, fly ash, yellow phosphorus furnace slag, cement, fibers, aluminum oxide, calcium fluoride, aluminum sulfate and an imitation aluminum-plastic plate paint, the soluble impurities in the phosphogypsum, with the existence of the raw materials comprising cement, the fibers, the aluminum oxide, the calcium fluoride, the aluminum sulfate and the like, can be adjusted so that the content of the soluble impurities is reduced, thereby improving quality and activity of the phosphogypsum and especially reducing the sodium content in the phosphogypsum, by which pulverization on the surface of the phosphogypsum product since the sodium content is too high can be avoided further. In the invention, the phosphogypsum product is enhanced in strength and improved in quality.
