The invention discloses a leakage prevention design method of a concrete structure pool. The pool comprises a left vertical pool wall, a right vertical pool wall and a transverse bottom wall; the left vertical pool wall and the right vertical pool wall are connected to the left and right two end of the transverse bottom wall, respectively; the inner cavity between the left vertical pool wall, the right vertical pool wall and the transverse bottom wall forms the pool; the left vertical pool wall and the right vertical pool wall are thickened from the 1.5h height above the surface of the transverse bottom wall; the joints of the lower ends of the left vertical pool wall and the right vertical pool wall and the left end and the right end of the transverse bottom wall are designed into transitional connection structures inclined towards the inner cavity, and the transitional connection structures are transitionally connected by use of two or more line segments; the shape of a reinforcing steel bar corresponds to the shapes of the inner surfaces of the left vertical pool wall and the right vertical pool wall, respectively. According to the leakage prevention design method, the traditional right angle is changed into transitional connection to avoid stress concentration and prevent leakage; the parts under the construction joint are thickened to prevent the leakage of the construction joint.
