The invention relates to the field of civil engineering, and discloses a waterstop structure of an assembling type component. The waterstop structure comprises a steel structure and a second structure opposite to the steel structure, and H-shaped steel is arranged between the steel structure and the second structure; one sides of flange plates of the H-shaped steel are connected with the steel structure, and the other sides of the flange plates of the H-shaped steel are close to or are attached to the surface of the second structure, so that a grouting space is formed. The grouting space is provided with grouting film bags extending in the length direction of the grouting space, and each grouting film bag is provided with a plurality of grouting nozzles; and cement paste is injected into the grouting film bags through the grouting nozzles, so that the grouting film bags are expanded to be attached to the inner surfaces of the flange plates of the H-shaped steel and the surface of the second structure. The invention further discloses a construction method of the waterstop structure of the assembling type component. The waterstop structure is simple and convenient for construction and wide in applicability.
