The invention relates to the field of civil engineering, in particular to a late-added concrete stand column construction method. The late-added concrete stand column construction method comprises the following steps: a lower section of reinforcement is implanted in a stand column construction position on a baseplate; an upper section of reinforcement is connected to an opposite position on a top plate; the lower section of reinforcement and the upper section of reinforcement are connected through a thread joint; a reinforcement skeleton is mounted, and a body part of a stand column is cast; after the body part of the stand column reaches the standard strength requirement, the top of the body part of the stand column is polished; the grouting is performed in an area between the top of the body part of the stand column and the top plate to connect the top of the body part of the stand column with the top plate, so that the difficulty of incapability of tightly connecting the top of the stand column with an original structure in late addition of a concrete stand column in a cast structure is preferably solved, and the engineering quality and the late bearing safety are greatly improved.
