The invention relates to a building engineering construction method, in particular to a high-rise building basement roof settlement post-pouring joint advanced water stop construction method. The construction method includes the steps that the two sides of a post-pouring joint are chiseled and cleaned; a formwork and a supporting system are erected on the lower portion of the post-pouring joint; waterproof coiled materials are laid at positions, on the two sides of the post-pouring joint, of a basement roof; walls are built on the waterproof coiled materials respectively; the upper portions of the walls are covered with reinforced concrete cover plates; an underground body structure waterproof layer is constructed; backfill construction is carried out; post-pouring joint concrete is poured. The construction method has the advantages that a basement roof waterproof layer, a protective layer and outdoor backfill can be integrally constructed and are prevented from being interfered by basement roof post-pouring joint construction, and the construction quality of an underground waterproof structure is guaranteed. Impurities, rainwater and water for construction are effectively prevented from flowing into a basement through the post-pouring joint.
