Method for manufacturing hydraulic engineering vertical waterstop structure
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a hydraulic engineering vertical waterstop structure. The hydraulic engineering vertical waterstop structure comprises a red copper sheet, a steel channel and a fixing device. One side edge of the red copper sheet is embedded in first-stage concrete, and the other side edge of the red copper sheet protrudes out of the cross section of the concrete and is arranged in an opening of the steel channel. The red copper sheet extends into the steel channel for a certain depth. Bituminous felt is arranged on the two sides, on the red copper sheet, of the opening face of the steel channel and the first-stage concrete. One end of the fixing device is embedded in the first-stage concrete, and the other end of the fixing device is arranged on the two sides of the steel channel. The steel channel is fixed on the cross section of the first-stage concrete through flat iron and a nut. After the steel channel is filled with maltha, the protruding fixing device is cut, and then the steel channel is poured in second-stage concrete. The method for manufacturing the hydraulic engineering vertical waterstop structure can solve the water seepage problem caused by uneven sedimentation or dislocation of a stratum of a water conservancy project, further save labor, and shorten the construction period.
