Precise deviation-rectifying method of large tank ring wall foundation
The invention discloses a precise deviation-rectifying method of a large tank ring wall foundation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a reference concrete bracket is cast in a low point of a foundation concrete ring wall; and then, brackets are symmetrically cast at one side of a high point of the foundation concrete ring wall with the high point as reference to two sides of the foundation concrete ring wall in a 2/3 periphery range of the foundation concrete ring wall to form equal-height brackets having the uniform elevations with a top and the reference concrete bracket; (2) after the equal-height brackets are finished, the soil digging is performed from the periphery of the foundation concrete ring wall at one side of the high point of the foundation concrete ring wall; the circular soil digging is performed while settling until the foundation concrete ring wall totally drops on the equal-height brackets to finish the rectification; and (3) the ring wall foundation subsoil is refilled for grouting and reinforcing the periphery of the foundation concrete ring wall. The equal-height brackets are arranged on the foundation concrete ring wall, and then, the soil digging is performed in the lower range of the foundation, so that the ring wall foundation is slowly settled on the equal-height brackets; and the method has the advantages of good controllability, easy operation, high rectifying precision, safety and reliability.
