The invention discloses a precise large-diameter steel casing deviation rectifying device and method. The precise large-diameter steel casing deviation rectifying device comprises four steel pipes vertically arranged on the undersea rock surface, the four steel pipes are distributed at the outer side of a steel casing in square shape, at least two connecting mechanisms are arranged between the four steel pipes, and each connecting mechanism is provided with a regulating truss; each regulating truss comprises support beams and sliding beams, the support beams are connected with beams through limit pieces, the sliding beams are connected with the support beams in a sliding mode, and the steel casing deviation rectifying is realized through regulating the positions of the support beams and connecting mechanisms and the relative positions between the sliding beams and support beams. The precise large-diameter steel casing deviation rectifying device is reasonable in structure, fast and convenient to regulate and capable of well rectifying the deviation of the steel casing, the firmness of a cross-sea bridge is guaranteed, and the safety performance of the bridge is improved.
