The invention relates to the field of a tunnel supporting technology, in particular to an inverted arch prefabricated monomer, an inverted arch and a preparation method of the inverted arch prefabricated monomer. The two ends of the inverted arch prefabricated monomer are respectively connecting ends, one connecting end is provided with a tenon, and the other connecting end is provided with a mortise; the bottom parts of the two connecting ends are provided with grooves, threaded through holes are formed in the place which are far away from a bottom surface with same heights, and the threaded through holes extend to the grooves through the end planes of the connecting ends. The inverted arch is formed by serially connecting a plurality of inverted arch prefabricated monomers, the two adjacent inverted arch prefabricated monitors are inserted and are connected through bolts, the space between the every two adjacent inverted arch is less than 8mm, and each slab staggering is less than 5m.
