A grouting raw material of a prefabricated inverted arch, a preparation method, a prefabricated inverted arch foundation device and a construction method, the grouting raw material comprises a paving layer (40) arranged on the bottom inner wall of a high-speed tunnel, a prefabricated inverted arch assembly (20) arranged on the paving layer (40), a pipeline group arranged on the prefabricated inverted arch assembly (20), and a grouting layer (70) arranged between the paving layer (40) and the prefabricated inverted arch assembly (20), the prefabricated inverted arch foundation device is assembled through the paving layer (40) and the prefabricated inverted arch assembly (20), mortar condensation body supporting on the prefabricated inverted arch assembly (20) is achieved through the grouting layer (70), pipeline injection of grouting of the prefabricated inverted arch is achieved through the pipeline set, filling supporting through self-flowing thick slurry is achieved, and the prefabricated inverted arch foundation device is assembled through the pipeline set. The technical problem that grouting is conducted after cushion blocks are placed at the lower ends of the prefabricated inverted arch assemblies is solved, and therefore the construction efficiency of the prefabricated inverted arch foundation device is improved.
一种预制仰拱的注浆原料和制备方法、预制仰拱基础装置和施工方法,包含有设置在高速隧道的底内壁上的摊铺层(40)、设置在摊铺层(40)上的预制仰拱组件(20)、设置在预制仰拱组件(20)上的管道组、设置在摊铺层(40)与预制仰拱组件(20)之间的注浆层(70),通过摊铺层(40)和预制仰拱组件(20),实现了对预制仰拱基础装置进行组装,通过注浆层(70),实现了对预制仰拱组件(20)进行砂浆凝结体支撑,通过管道组,实现了对预制仰拱的注浆进行管道注入,实现了由自流浆稠体进行填充支撑,解决了对都是在预制仰拱组件的下端先放置垫块然后再进行注浆的技术问题,因此提高了预制仰拱基础装置的施工效率。
