The invention discloses a high-hardness wear-resistance plant fiber-cement composite slat. The high-hardness wear-resistance plant fiber-cement composite slat is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 24-36 parts of plant fibers, 21-30 parts of silicate cement, 47-55 parts of coal ash, 15-18 parts of waste bricks, 7-9 parts of bentonite, 0.1-0.3 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.4-0.7 part of magnesium nitride, 0.3-0.5 part of potassium nitrate, 13-16 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 4-7 parts of eucalyptus oil, 7-10 parts of propoxylated ethoxylated isohexadecanol acetate and an appropriate amount of water; the produced plant fiber-cement composite slat is high in hardness, wear-resistant, antibacterial and mildewproof, sound-proof, high in density and good in permeability; besides, the mounting construction of the slat belongs to the human bearable range; besides, high-value added utilization of waste bricks and coal ash is also realized.
