The invention discloses a fire-resistant flame-retardant plant fiber water cement composite slat which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-36 parts of plant fiber, 22-32 parts of Portland cement, 46-56 parts of fly ash, 3-6 parts of pregelatinized glutinous rice flour, 14-18 parts of waste ceramic, 0.03-0.06 part of polycarboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent, 1.2-3.3 parts of nano aluminum hydroxide, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium silicate, 0.4-0.6 part of ammonium chloride, 12-15 parts of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 0.8-1.2 parts of triethylene glycol, 7-9 parts of ethyl acetate, 4-7 parts of tar and a right amount of water. The plant fiber cement composite slat disclosed by the invention has the advantages of fire resistance, flame retardancy, bending resistance, high compactness, favorable permeability, favorable durability, low cost and the like, enhances the comprehensive utilization level of the plant fibers, and lowers the serious damage due to improper treatment of waste resources.
