Strong frost resistance plant fiber cement composite slat and production method thereof
The present invention discloses a strong frost resistance plant fiber cement composite slat, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 25-35 parts of plant fibers, 20-27 parts of silicate cement, 40-45 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of peat soil, 8-10 parts of nanometer silica, 0.3-0.6 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 11-14 parts of nylon fibers, 0.4-0.7 part of Diantimony trioxide, 0.2-0.4 part of zinc sulfate, 12-16 parts of an acrylic ester emulsion, 3-5 parts of lemon oil, 8-10 parts of 2-ethylhexyl 4-methoxycinnamate, and a proper amount of water. The prepared strong frost resistance plant fiber cement composite slat of the present invention has advantages of strong frost resistance, excellent thermal insulation, light self-weight, low shrinkage, strong compactness, and the like.
