Process for preparing tubular ceramic film by rotary method
The invention relates to the water treatment film field, and particularly relates to a process for preparing a tubular ceramic film by a rotary method. The process includes the steps: with an aluminum oxide powder as an aggregate, adding silicon carbide whiskers, a pore forming agent, a sintering aid and water, mixing into a slurry, then grinding, next aging and baking the slurry, then adding a plasticizer and water, re-grinding, carrying out tube mould compression moulding forming, baking, sintering, cleaning, and thus obtaining a tubular support body; adding ground aluminum isopropoxide into hot deionized water, carrying out magnetic stirring, then adding nitric acid, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent batch by batch, stirring evenly, to obtain a sol, and then aging the sol; and sealing the outer surface of the support body, coating, gelating, drying, and sintering. By controlling the hydrolysis temperature and the amount of deionized water, the process can make the prepared sol relatively stable; and at the same time, the suitable dispersing agent and defoaming agent are added in the sol, so that the wettability of the sol with the surface of the support body is facilitated to be improved, the film formation quality is increased, and cracks are avoided from appearing.
