The apparatus for removing floating material in surface of water
The present invention relates to a device for removing a floating matter and, specifically, to a device for removing a floating matter floating on the water. The device for removing a floating matter comprises: an empty box-shaped body with an open end; a main buoyant member having buoyancy and installed on the outer surface of the body; a storage member installed in the body; a water level sensor measuring a height difference between water surface and the one end; a water pump discharging the water to the outside by sucking the water in the outside of the body into the body; and a control unit comprising a control body, a discharge pipe, an air pump, and a control device controlling each composition by being connected to the water level sensor, the water pump, and the air pump. According to the present invention, the device for removing a floating matter can easily remove the floating matter in a periphery by operating the water pump while controlling the height of the device for removing a floating matter and sucking waste or oil in the periphery with the water in the periphery.
본원발명은 부유물 제거장치에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 물에 떠 있는 부유물을 제거하는 장치에 있어서, 일단이 개구된 내부가 빈 상자형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 일단이 물 밖을 향하면서 물에 떠 있게 상기 몸체의 외면에 설치되는 것으로 부력이 있는 주부력부재와, 상기 몸체의 일단을 통해 내부로 흡입되는 부유물이 저장되는 곳으로 상기 몸체의 내부에 설치되는 저장부재와, 상기 몸체의 일단에 설치되어 수면과 일단의 높이 차이를 측정하는 수위센서와, 상기 몸체 밖의 물이 상기 몸체 내부로 흡입되어 외부로 배출되도록 하는 것으로 상기 몸체의 타단에 설치되는 워터펌프 및, 상기 몸체와 일정간격으로 이격되어 물 위에 떠 있는 제어몸체와 일단이 상기 워터펌프에 결합되고 타단이 상기 제어몸체에 결합되어 상기 워터펌프로부터 배출되는 물이 상기 제어몸체 밖으로 배출되도록 하는 배출관과 상기 주부력부재에 공기를 주입 또는 흡입하여 상기 주부력부재의 부력을 조절하는 것으로 상기 제어몸체 일측에 설치되는 에어펌프와 상기 수위센서, 상기 워터펌프 및 상기 에어펌프에 연결되어 각 구성을 제어하는 것으로 상기 제어몸체의 일측에 설치되는 제어장치로 이루어진 제어부를 더 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 수위센서로부터 전달되는 자료를 바탕으로 상기 제어장치가 상기 워터펌프와 상기 에어펌프를 작동시켜 상기 몸체 주변의 물을 흡입하면서 주변의 부유물이 상기 몸체 내부로 흡입되도록 하고, 상기 워터펌프에 의해서 배출되는 물의 힘에 의해서 상기 제어몸체와 상기 몸체가 움직이도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 수위 센서로 측정된 수치로 부력을 조절하여 부유물 제거장치가 물 위에 떠 있는 높이를 조절하는 방법으로 오일뿐만 아니라 다양한 크기의 쓰레기를 손쉽게 제거할 수 있다. 즉, 물에 떠 있는 부유물 제거장치의 높이를 조절하면서 제거장치의 워터펌프가 작동되어 주변의 물과 함께 주변의 오일 또는 쓰레기가 같이 흡입되는 방법으로 주변의 부유물을 손쉽게 제거할 수 있다.
