The invention discloses a rice hull ash foam brick and a manufacturing method thereof and relates to the technical field of building bricks. The foam brick is mainly composed of waste ceramics, sewage treatment sludge, rice hull ashes, shale ashes, boric sludge, sodium silicate, silicon dioxide micro powder, paper pulp, asbestos fiber, polyethylene alcohol, industrial mildew preventive, rosin soap and scented waste. The foam brick utilizes the waste ceramics and the rice hull ashes as raw materials, avoids waste of resources, avoids pollution to the waste ceramics, and is low in production cost and high in economic benefit. The produced foam bricks are high in strength and high in abrasion resistance. Scented water is coated on the surface of the brick, and the quality of air can be improved.
