The invention relates to a graphitized carbonized rice hull foam photo-thermal material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 5-15 parts by mass of rice husk with 100 parts by mass of ZnCl2 solution, dipping, drying and grinding to obtain ZnCl2 treated rice husk powder; mixing 30-50 parts by mass of ZnCl2 treated rice hull powder with 100 parts by mass of Ni(NO3) 2 solution, dipping and drying to obtain nickel nitrate composite rice hulls; then uniformly mixing 10-15 parts by mass of nickel nitrate composite rice husks with 100 parts by mass of deionized water; adding 1-2 parts by mass of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-2 parts by mass of dodecanol and 1-2 parts by mass of resin adhesive after uniform mixing, adding 14-21 parts by mass of epoxy resin after low-speed stirring and high-speed stirring, stirring, forming, freeze-drying, and drying at 80-100 DEG C; and finally, carrying out heat treatmentfor 1-3 hours at 1000-1200 DEG C in the presence of nitrogen to obtain the graphitized carbonized rice hull foam photo-thermal material. The method is low in cost; the graphitization degree, the waterevaporation efficiency and the photo-thermal conversion efficiency of the prepared product are high.
本发明涉及一种石墨化炭化稻壳泡沫光热材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:将5~15质量份稻壳与100质量份ZnCl溶液混合,浸渍,干燥,研磨,得ZnCl处理稻壳粉;再将30~50质量份ZnCl处理稻壳粉与100份质量Ni(NO)溶液混合,浸渍,干燥,得硝酸镍复合稻壳;然后将10~15质量份的硝酸镍复合稻壳与100质量份去离子水混匀,混匀后加入1~2质量份十二烷基磺酸钠、1~2质量份十二醇和1~2质量份树脂胶,经低速搅拌和高速搅拌后加入14~21质量份的环氧树脂,搅拌,成型,冷冻干燥,80~100℃干燥;最后在氮气和1000~1200℃热处理1~3h,制得石墨化炭化稻壳泡沫光热材料。本发明成本低廉;所制制品的石墨化程度、水蒸发效率和光热转换效率高。
