The rectangular cement-soil pile implementing method is characterized in that when a rectangular cement-soil pile machine works, a hydraulic driving machine drives a stirring shaft B to rotate, the stirring shaft B in rotation drives stirring power heads to rotate, and a hydraulic oil cylinder A and a hydraulic oil cylinder B telescope synchronously so as to drive rectangular edge shovels as well as stirring blades in the rectangular edge shovels and shovel teeth on the lower portion of the rectangular edge shovels to move up and down; at the same time, the upper end of a stirring shaft A enters high-pressure water, the high-pressure water enters the stirring shaft B via the stirring shaft A and then is sprayed out from a plurality of spray holes in the lower portion of the stirring power heads, the stirring power heads in rotation and the high-pressure water to act jointly to cut and stir a soil body covered by the stirring power heads into slurry, the rectangular edge shovels as well as the stirring blades in the rectangular edge shovels and the shovel teeth on the lower portion of the rectangular edge shovels move up and down to cut and stir a soil body, around a cylinder, in the rectangular edge shovels into slurry, and the slurry flows out from the holes to form rectangular holes.
