An implementing method of an H-shaped cement-soil pile machine comprises the following steps of stirring soil on the lower portions of eight stirring power heads and water distributed by a high-pressure water distributing system into slurry during rotation of the eight stirring power heads; controlling synchronous actions of a first hydraulic cylinder body, a second hydraulic cylinder body, a third hydraulic cylinder body and a fourth hydraulic cylinder body by using a central control system so as to synchronously drive an H-shaped middle frame, an H-shaped left frame and an H-shaped right frame to move synchronously in the up-down direction; and stirring portions, which are not stirred by the eight stirring power heads, in the H-shaped middle frame, the H-shaped left frame and the H-shaped right frame and water distributed by the high-pressure water distributing system into slurry by using first stirring knives on the lower portions of the H-shaped middle frame, the H-shaped left frame and the H-shaped right frame and second stirring knives in the H-shaped middle frame, the H-shaped left frame and the H-shaped right frame during movement. The slurry flows out of H-shaped holes from the H-shaped holes so as to form the H-shaped holes.
