The invention provides an implementing method of an octagonal cement-soil pile machine. When the octagonal cement-soil pile machine works, a driver drives a drill pipe through a transfer case so as to drive a drill bit to rotate, a water supply device supplies high-pressure water for the drill bit, soil is cut off by the drill bit during rotation of the drill bit, and the soil and water are stirred into slurry; the transfer case simultaneously drives a left first crankshaft and a right second crankshaft to rotate; the first crankshaft and the second crankshaft drive an octagonal frame to move on a first square tube which serves as a slide track in the up-down direction through a first linkage arm and a second linkage arm; during up-down movement of the octagonal frame, the soil is cut off by a plurality of longitudinal teeth on the lower portion of the octagonal frame; soil of a region out of the drill bit and in the octagonal frame and water are stirred into slurry by a plurality of transverse teeth of inner corners of the octagonal frame; and the slurry flows from a hole to the outside of the hole so as to form an octagonal hole.
