Open-pore ceramic material for electronic cigarette purifier and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an open-pore ceramic material for an electronic cigarette purifier. The open-pore ceramic material includes the following components by the weight percentage: 50%-70% of cordierite, 10%-20% of kaolin, 15%-20% of alumina, 1%-5% of calcium carbonate, 3%-8% of barium carbonate and 1%-5% of strontium carbonate, wherein the components are weighed according to the proportion. A preparation method comprises the steps of weighing, ball milling, pore forming, wax addition and slurry preparation, slip casting, dewaxing and sintering; through design of a pore-forming agent, the ball milling time and the sintering temperature, the prepared open-pore ceramic material can be widely applied in the electronic cigarette high-open-porosity ceramic purifier. The open-pore ceramic material provided by the invention has the porosity of greater than or equal to 65%, can absorb tar of one cigarette and enables harmless smoke gas to normally pass through pores; and the stomatal ceramic bending strength is not less than 160 MPa, and the requirements of electronic cigarette assembly and use can be satisfied.
