The sound insulation cushion comprises a sound insulation layer and a support layer located below the sound insulation layer, wherein the sound insulation layer is of a sealed facet structure, the support layer comprises a plurality of support units, each support unit is provided with a first sound insulation hook face, a space below the adjacent first sound insulation hook faces between each two adjacent support units forms a first channel, the cross section of each first channel is in a special-shaped hook surface or oval shape, the maximum transverse distance between the adjacent first sound insulation hook faces between each two adjacent support units is 0.5-500mm, the distance between the first sound insulation hook faces adjacent to each support unit is 1-1000mm, and the smallest distance between the surface of each support unit, far away from the sound insulation layer, and an intersection of the sound insulation layer and the first sound insulation hook face of each support unit is 0.3-39mm. The sound insulation cushion can effectively circulate air, prevents damp and mildew, insulates sounds and reduces noise, and is comfortable in foot feeling, and specially suitable for use under a floor in paving mode.
