The invention discloses a self-adhesive microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material. The material comprises an interface agent modified surface layer, a microcellular foam board body layer and a self-adhesive bottom layer. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the self-adhesive microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material. The interface agent modified surface layer of the self-adhesive microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material has good adhesion and flexibility, can greatly improve the adhesion performance of the microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material with other materials, and meanwhile, the construction convenience of the microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material is not influenced. With the adoption of the self-adhesive bottom layer, the microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material has certain adhesive performance and can be firmly laid on the ground without glue, the self-adhesive bottom layer is relatively soft, can deform with the shape of the ground and can be attached to the ground better, and accordingly, the self-adhesive microcellular foam board sound-insulation cushion material is unlikely to move after being laid.
