The invention discloses a self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material which comprises an interface agent modified face layer, a micro-foaming plate body layer and a self-adhesion bottom layer. The invention further provides a preparing method of the self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material. The interface agent modified face layer of the self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material has good adhesion performance and flexibility, the adhesion performance of the self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material and other materials can be greatly improved, and meanwhile the construction convenience of the self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material is not affected. The self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material has certain adhesion performance through the self-adhesion layer, the self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material can be firmly laid on the ground surface without glue, in addition, due to the fact that the self-adhesion layer is flexible, the self-adhesion layer can be deformed along with the shape of the ground surface to be well attached to the ground surface, and the self-adhesion micro-foaming plate sound insulation cushion material is not prone to moving after being laid.
