The invention discloses a sodium fluosilicate cement grinding aid which is composed of the components of, by mass, 20-25% of sodium fluosilicate, 5-10% of triethanolamine and 65-75% of water. According to the preparation method, sodium fluosilicate, triethanolamine and water are weighed according to the ratio; sodium fluosilicate is added into water under normal temperature, and is stirred until completely dissolved; triethanolamine is added into the mixture, and is stirred until completely dissolved, such that the sodium fluosilicate cement grinding aid is obtained. According to invention, the grinding efficiency of a clinker can be improved, clinker usage amount can be reduced, and more admixtures are used. Therefore, an agglomeration phenomenon during cement production is solved, cement specific surface area is improved, and cement water demand is reduced. Therefore, the effects of improving yield, improving quality and reducing cost are achieved.
