The present invention discloses a ceramsite aerated block with good heat resistant and flame retardant effect, the ceramsite aerated block is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of palygorskite powder, 30-50 parts of ceramsite, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 10-12 parts of quick lime, 15-18 parts of cement, 0.2-0.5 parts of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of gypsum powder, 4-7 parts of talc powder, 3-5 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 0. 3-0.5 parts of calcium lignosulfonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nano-aluminum oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of absolute ethanol, and proper amount of water; the process solves the problems of being fragile and light and uneven in distribution of the ceramsite in slurry in processing process, the added palygorskite powder can enhance binding power among materials, has excellent heat resistance and adsorption property, and can purify the environment.
