The invention relates to an AGV comb type transfer robot. The AGV comb type transfer robot comprises a lifting frame provided with comb teeth, and a walking frame provided with a comb tooth lifting device thereon and a walking driving mechanism and a central control system therein, wherein the comb tooth lifting device comprises a lifting driving motor, and a gear set in transmission connection with the motor; and the walking driving mechanism comprises a walking driving motor mounted in the center of the walking frame and a walking wheel set, and can realize all-directional walking. Compared with traditional comb type transfer equipment, the transfer robot can prominently enhance the transfer efficiency and reduce the system fault, is suitable for traditional transformed planar garages, and is also suitable for the technical field of vehicle carrying.
