The invention provides a preparation method of a self-repairing glass magnesium board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adsorbing bacillus pasteurii by diatomite to obtain bacterium-loaded diatomite; mixing the bacterium-loaded diatomite with other raw materials to obtain a first mixture; taking part of the first mixture and adding polyphenyl granules to obtain a second mixture; adding water into the first mixture to obtain slurry, sequentially spreading the slurry, the second mixture and the slurry on a mold plate, and rolling to obtain a prototype plate; and compacting and curing the prototype board to obtain the self-repairing glass magnesium board. According to the invention, the bacterium-loaded diatomite is added into the production raw materials of the magnesium oxide board, so that cracks easily appearing in the use environments of strong wind, strong shock and the like of the produced magnesium oxide board can be self-repaired, and the bacterium-loaded diatomite can block capillary channels by generating calcium carbonate precipitates, so that water vapor is prevented from entering the magnesium oxide board, and the quality of the magnesium oxide board is improved. Therefore, the halogenation phenomenon is reduced.
本发明提供了一种自修复玻镁板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:使硅藻土吸附巴氏芽孢杆菌得到载菌硅藻土;将载菌硅藻土与其他原料混合得到第一混合料;取部分第一混合料加入聚苯颗粒,得到第二混合料;向第一混合料中加水,得到浆料,向模具板上依次铺涂浆料、第二混合料、浆料,并通过辊压制得雏形板;雏形板经压实、养护得到自修复玻镁板。本发明通过向玻镁板生产原料中添加载菌硅藻土,使生产得到的玻镁板在强风、强震等使用环境下容易出现的裂纹能够自行修复,并且载菌硅藻土可以通过生成碳酸钙沉淀来阻断毛细通道,避免水蒸气进入玻镁板内部,从而减少返卤现象的发生。
