Preparation method of rare earth ferrite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a rare earth ferrite material. The method comprises the steps of (1) raw material pretreatment; (2) first addition; (3) second addition; and (4) sintering. According to the sintering step, a raw blank is sintered under an oxygen condition, wherein a sintering temperature is 1000-1200 DEG C and is maintained for 2-3h; and natural cooling is allowed, such that the ferrite material is obtained. The rare earth ferrite material preparation method has the advantages of simple steps, convenient operation, and reasonable raw material formula. Pre-sintering is carried out first, addition is then carried out, and sintering is carried out last, such that porosity is reduced. Through first addition and second addition, the density of the ferrite material is improved.
