Preparation method for rare-earth soft magnetic ferrite
The invention discloses a preparation method for rare-earth soft magnetic ferrite. The method comprises the following steps: adding ferrous nitrate into glycerin and carrying out uniform stirring, then carrying out heating, adding ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and carrying out stirring, adjusting pH to 7 to 7.5, then adding zinc nitrate, nickel nitrate, yttrium nitrate and manganese nitrate, carrying out heat preservation, continuously carrying out heating, and carrying out heat preservation so as to obtain a first material; subjecting the first material to drying and crushing, and carrying out calcination and washing so as to obtain a second material; mixing the second material with titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, vanadium oxide, cobalt oxide, niobium oxide, molybdenum oxide, barium oxide, chromium oxide, tin oxide, indium oxide, borax, silicon oxide, strontium carbonate and anhydrous ethanol and then carrying out milling so as to obtain a third material; and subjecting the third material to pressing molding and then carrying out microwave sintering and cooling so as to obtain the rare-earth soft magnetic ferrite. The rare-earth soft magnetic ferrite prepared by using the method in the invention has the advantages of high saturation magnetic induction strength, excellent initial magnetic permeability and low magnetic core loss at room temperature.
