The invention provides a construction device and construction method for perforated formwork leakage stopping. The construction device comprises a perforated formwork, a nut, a bolt and putty. The perforated formwork comprises a non-work face and a work face, and is provided with a hole position which is well positioned. A hole is formed in the hole position. The nut comprises a first end and a second end, and the second end of the nut is welded to the hole position of the side of the non-work face of the perforated formwork. The bolt is screwed into the nut from the first end of the nut, and a certain gap is reserved between the screwed end of the bolt and the second end of the nut. The putty is plastered on the hole in the side of the work face of the perforated formwork, and the putty face is ground flat through abrasive paper so as to be flush with the work face of the perforated formwork. A pier body and the surface of a beam are attractive after constructing and demolding of the formwork plugged through the construction device, no boss or pit exists, and the appearance visual effect is good.
