When an anchor cable is recovered after a project is completed, an unlocking steel piece is started with external force, the anchor cable and the unlocking steel piece are recovered synchronously, the mounting position of the trepanned plate can be freely welded to the fixed anchor device body needing to be matched, and the aim that the combined type recoverable anchor cable structural component is conveniently used in underground hidden projects is achieved.
