The magnesium oxysulfate steel bar truss board comprises multiple rows of steel bar trusses and magnesium oxysulfate boards; the steel bar trusses are buried in the magnesium oxysulfate boards and arranged in parallel, and the magnesium oxysulfate boards are fixed by using own coagulability and the condensation of the steel bar trusses. The invention further discloses the manufacturing method of the magnesium oxysulfate steel bar truss board. The fixation is conducted by using the coagulability of the magnesium oxysulfate boards and the condensation of the steel bar trusses, and the fixity is good; the magnesium oxysulfate boards are not prone to being corroded, and parts, inserted into the magnesium oxysulfate boards, of the steel bar trusses are not prone to being corroded either; after concrete construction is conducted, the magnesium oxysulfate boards do not need to be removed from the steel bar trusses, the surfaces of the magnesium oxysulfate boards are smooth and flat, and due to the fact that magnesium oxysulfate is white, the operations of plastering and scraping can be eliminated.
