The invention relates to an environment-friendly fiberboard which is composed of a pallet board and a fire-resistant coating coated on the pallet board. The pallet board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of water-based natural plant resin adhesive, 10-40 parts of intumescent vitrified microbead, 5-20 parts of cassava starch slurry, 5-10 parts of iron aluminate cement, 3-15 parts of orgainc waste, 0.5-2 parts of inorganic waste and 3-10 parts of sterilized water. The thickness of the prepared environment-friendly fiberboard is 12-35mm. The prepared environment-friendly fiberboard has the advantages of light weight, high compression strength, low hygroscopicity, low water content, high safety, excellent flame retardancy and excellent fire resistance.
