Steel slag fiberboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a method for preparing a steel slag fiberboard. The method comprises the following steps of preparing the following materials in parts by mass: 15-35 parts of composite steel slag powder, 25-40 parts of aggregate, 25-45 parts of filler and 5-10 parts of straw powder; performing dry-mixing on the raw materials in an agitator for 2-8 minutes to prepare a raw material mixture; adding tap water into the agitator, and performing stirring for 2-6 minutes to obtain steel slag fiber slurry; pouring the steel slag fiber slurry into a cubic steel mode on which an alkali-proofing plastic gridding cloth is laid, putting a polyethylene plate which has a thickness of 70mm and steel wire meshes of 2mm on two sides when the slurry is uniformly laid to 25mm thick, pressing the polyethylene plate, and pouring the steel slag fiber slurry to 25mm to the polyethylene plate, and adding an alkali-proofing plastic gridding cloth on the slurry, vibrating the mixture to be compact by virtue of a vibrator, performing strike-off, removing the mold after 60-90 minutes, and performing natural maintenance for 7-10 days. According to the method, the composite steel slag powder is used for replacing adhesive to reduce environmental pollution, and has the characteristics of water proofing, damp proofing, fire proofing, moth proofing and the like.
