Microwave sintering method for alumina ceramic balls and auxiliary heating device
The invention discloses a microwave sintering method for alumina ceramic balls and an auxiliary heating device. The microwave sintering method for the alumina ceramic balls comprises the following steps: placing green bodies and an auxiliary heating material into a heating cavity of microwave heating equipment; increasing the temperature till the current floating range is within 10 [mu]A in the first stage; increasing the temperature to the sintering temperature in the second stage; preserving the temperature; cooling to prepare the alumina ceramic balls. The auxiliary heating device utilizes the microwave absorption properties of different substances in the microwave sintering process to heat up by use of the auxiliary heating material in the low-temperature stage and heat up by use of the oxide ceramic per se in the high-temperature stage, and ensures that the temperature field and the thermal stress of the oxide ceramic are uniform in the sintering process through the heat-insulating property. The microwave sintering method is short in sintering time, low in sintering temperature, simple in process, convenient to operate, suitable for industrial quick production and wide in application prospect.
