The invention discloses novel environment-friendly floor leather and a production process system thereof, and relates to the technical field of floor leather production. The plastic flooring comprises a central filling layer and a central filling layer, wherein the central filling layer is made of finished polyester felt; the top surface layer is used as a wear-resistant layer, the top surface layer is made of rubber, and an upper bonding layer is arranged on one surface, close to the central filling layer, of the top surface layer. The center filling layer of the floor leather is made of finished polyester felt, the top surface layer and the bottom surface layer are made of rubber, wear resistance and skid resistance are guaranteed, different thicknesses of the polyester felt can be selected according to requirements, accordingly, the overall thickness of the floor leather is changed, the elasticity and softness of the polyester felt are better than those of rubber, and the service life of the floor leather is prolonged.
