The invention discloses a solid wood composite floor with a formaldehyde removal function and a manufacturing method of the solid wood composite floor. In allusion to the problem that formaldehyde hazards exist in an existing indoor decoration solid wood composite floor, the invention provides the solid wood composite floor. The floor is formed by sequentially covering a base layer of the solid wood composite floor with an aldehyde control layer and a paint film. According to the solid wood composite floor with the formaldehyde removal function, the base material is obtained by hot-pressing and laminating a hard broad-leaf veneer and plywood, a formaldehyde control layer is obtained by spraying a suspension prepared from nanoscale carbon dioxide prepared from a wood template and a silane coupling agent to form a film, and then the film is covered with a UV paint film to form the solid wood composite floor with the formaldehyde removal function. The formaldehyde control layer, namely, the nanoscale titanium dioxide layer, is additionally arranged on the solid wood composite floor, so that the floor has a formaldehyde removal function, and by using the wood floor, the indoor formaldehyde content can be effectively controlled, and formaldehyde harm is reduced.
本发明公开了一种具有除甲醛功能的实木复合地板及其制造方法，针对现有室内装饰装修实木复合地板存在甲醛危害的问题，提出本发明实木复合地板，该地板是在实木复合地板基层上依次覆盖控醛层、漆膜构成。该实木复合地板，基材是为硬阔叶薄木与胶合板进行热压贴合所得，控醛层采用以木材模板所制纳米级二氧化碳与硅烷偶联剂制得的混悬液进行喷涂成膜所得，再进行覆盖UV漆膜而构成的具有除甲醛功能的实木复合地板。本发明通过在实木复合地板上增设控醛层即纳米级二氧化钛层，使该地板具有除甲醛功能，使用该种木质地板，可有效控制室内甲醛含量，降低甲醛危害。
